We Delivered: Virtual Event Design and Technical Execution

Client Needs

We were briefed to develop and deliver a virtual conference environment that replicated that of a traditional live event. Focused on delivering an engaging experience for attendees, it was vital that the virtual event featured a host of interactive features. We were also tasked to pre-record and edit all video content as well as embedding a stream service into the platform.

Solution

We worked closely with our client to create a virtual event world that replicated an in-person conference environment. Taking the event objectives into consideration, we carefully crafted the layout and functionality of the platform. A virtual main plenary hosted three opening keynotes as well as a closing panel session. Six virtual breakout rooms hosted 24 30-minute sessions throughout the day whilst a networking lounge was the perfect place for attendees to virtually connect. The Sage Demo & ISV Show Floor featured 21 individual stands, all featuring chat, video playback, handout and file download functionality. A helpdesk, welcome video and agenda build ensured all conference elements were covered.
