The EMEA forum for DE&I was set up to make DE&I common place, and to communicate, educate and promote positive change at a local, meaningful level to all team members. Our goal is to work with the global business resource groups (BRGs) to empower team members to feel represented and to increase our diverse talent pool to continue to grow our DE&I and make this part of our DNA.
We support all women across the organisation to share ideas, support one another, and to contribute to the professional and personal development of female team members.
We are happy to have a proud group of individuals in our organisation – creating and fostering an inclusive and engaging LGBTQ+ community and work environment by focusing on community engagement, developing diverse talent, and creating meaningful client relationships through our shared Encore core values.
We support the mental, physical and social wellbeing of our Team Members and the larger communities they impact. We accomplish this by working to overcome stigmas, providing resources and raising awareness of these important topics.
