The Global Distribution Conference, organised by HEDNA, took place at the Hilton Munich Park in June, 2024. This significant event in the hospitality and travel distribution industry, brought together professionals and experts to discuss the latest trends and technologies. We were excited at the prospect of providing full technical production to this unique event.

Solution
With a setup day and access to an empty room before the event, we installed our equipment without the typically tight time pressures, meaning that we could make final adjustments to meet the client’s preferences on-site. The conference featured two large screens, two high-definition cameras, and continuous onsite recordings, which allowed us to capture content and display it to all attendees seamlessly. The efficient set-up process and state-of-the-art equipment combined to make the event a stand-out success.
We provided eye-catching scenic elements from Atomic and assigned an experienced show caller to coordinate the event. Despite an initial hesitation from the client to work with a team outside of the US, the well-executed delivery of this production soon put the client at ease, and they were extremely pleased with the successful execution of the conference.
