To create an atmosphere of classic elegance and timeless glamour, we provided striking architectural lighting to bring the historical College buildings to life. Festoon lighting used around the event further enhanced this to create a truly magical experience for partygoers.
With the many temporary structures around the grounds hosting an eclectic range of entertainment, we created a variety of lighting designs to suit the various moods of each area. From the warm glow of the ornate Pavilion Tent to the luxurious Jazz Tent decked out with festoon, we ensured every area provided an exceptional guest experience.
On top of this, we also supplied a dynamic lighting design to accompany the hotly-anticipated firework display.
With top-class entertainment taking to the stage in the Big Top, including Becky Hill, we created a spectacular lighting design full of impressive beams and dramatic effects. A large LED screen surrounded the stage whilst also providing a vibrant backdrop to display video content.

“Encore once again managed to help us deliver another extraordinary event. Throughout the planning stages, Encore’s experience was second to none in helping us to navigate through the various restrictions of our site.
During pre-production, the team offered technically and creatively advanced solutions to suit our requirements and worked endlessly to provide us with the best production elements possible.
Our venues on the evening of the event were beautiful and many of our guests commented on how the event had exceeded previous years. The care, commitment and attention to detail by the entire crew was clear; they understood our creative brief completely which made working together a pleasure.”

Contentsquare, the digital experience leader, brought their popular CX Circle event back to The Brewery for another year. With an ambitious vision in mind, and staging a full venue takeover, they sought in-house experts Encore to help transform the space into a futuristic and exciting setting for their lineup of expert speakers, insightful breakout sessions, and an unforgettable after-party.

We Delivered: Full technical production and branding
Solution
With a content-packed agenda of talks, networking, and breakout sessions, it was important to make effective use of the full venue to immerse attendees in their digital themes. Contentsquare & Headbox sent us a mood board, and our production team got to work matching their ideas alongside their theming company. From a spectacular Cloud-themed room, to recreating the iconic Moon landing, we ensured the stage was set to seamlessly showcase their lineup of digital leaders.
To echo this, we meticulously designed the production in the networking area to seamlessly accommodate both a vibrant standing lunch and a thrilling after-party, complete with a digital graffiti wall and edible bubble volcano. Our expert team adorned the space with neon lighting that perfectly complemented the theme, alongside strategically placed LED cuboid stands to serve as stylish and functional tables. Our experience with the space lent itself to ensuring seamless technical delivery in The Brewery’s Porter Tun conference space.
In addition, our team also delivered a comprehensive range of impactful branding and signage elements for the event. This ranged from the striking arch branding at the reception desk to signage for the various different workshops, and branding for The Brewery’s outdoor pavilions that were transformed into Contentsquare’s Business Village and Product Pavilion.

“CX Circle is the largest event Contentsquare host in the UK, so the way our stages, sets and branding look on the day is of huge importance. Having Alex from the Encore team invested in the success of our event made a big difference to us, both on the day and in the months leading to the event. The venue looked incredible on the day and has received hugely positive feedback from our staff and our attendees. As a team who don’t know much about set design or the technicalities of stage production ourselves, it is a weight off our shoulders to be able to trust in Encore for this.”
