The Post-Chicago Meeting 2020 saw more than 1,000 attendees from 48 countries take part in the virtual conference. Lasting two days, the event brought together key industry opinion leaders from across the Globe to give an insight into the development of new therapies for melanoma.

We Delivered: Virtual Event Design and Technical Execution
Client Needs
Working closely with our client, we were tasked to create and design a virtual event world that transported guests into a live conference atmosphere. As the first major virtual event and exhibition hosted by MedConcept, the pressure was on to deliver the wow-factor. Live streams had to be seamlessly incorporated into the platform whilst a virtual show floor was required to replicate an exhibition space.
Solution
With a challenging turnaround of just six weeks, we delivered a full virtual conference set up, designed to engage and amaze delegates. A main plenary hosted live broadcasts from a state-of-the-art TV studio set up in Berlin. An exhibition floor with 17 separate stands saw over 5,500 visits during the run of the event. Features such as interactive content, chat and handout functionality ensured delegates were fully engaged whilst browsing the stands. A networking area also provided the perfect digital space to keep conversations flowing. A helpdesk and virtual signage completed the set-up.

• Content from our studio was filmed using a simple, yet effective, two camera set-up, complete with an eye catching 8 x 3.5m back wall created from atomic elements.
• The stage was illuminated using 14 LED Arri spotlights.
• There were 5,503 visits to 17 exhibition booths on our virtual exhibition floor.
