FISU (International University Sports Federation) held its 38th General Assembly in Geneva, Switzerland, on November 17 and 18. 164 member associations from around the world were invited to take part in the two-day meeting, held at the Hilton Geneva Hotel and Conference Centre.

We were once again proud to support FISU at their 38th General Assembly at the Hilton Geneva. FISU were keen to use a similar layout as in previous years, with a few improvements to specific features and details.
Since the International University Sports Federation dedicated its 38th General Assembly to 164 association members from around the world, it was imperative that everyone had access to a seamless translation system.
From the lighting and sound design to the crucial translation and interpretation arrangements, we ensured everything went according to plan. We took great care to ensure that every aspect of the experience was flawlessly delivered.

Tech Specs
In order to provide the audience with a clear view of the content onscreen, we used a quadruple projection setup. Additionally, five 55-inch confidence monitors were placed for the speakers. To enhance the sound quality, we used a sound system that included 10 handheld microphones and strategically placed speakers throughout the venue, creating an immersive audio experience.
We set up three translation booths equipped with 350 translation receivers and audio recording capabilities to provide multilingual support. Lighting elements included 30 LED power bars and 36 wireless uplighters to create the perfect ambience. This comprehensive setup ensured a seamless event run.
