Global Poultry Days 2023
Venue: Andaz am Belvedere, Vienna
Solution: At the Global Poultry Days 2023 we provided comprehensive technical production to bring the event to life. A striking 14×3.5m LED wall showcased captivating animations, powered by our seamless iPult system. Collaborating with Atomic Design, we introduced their innovative panel, enhanced by custom-lit frosty panels. Our team transformed the space by covering the hotel stage and LED wall riser in white Forex, creating a sleek canvas that complemented the event’s theme.

Global Ruminant Days 2024
Venue: Andaz am Belvedere, Vienna
Solution: For the Global Ruminant Days, sustainability and a nature-inspired aesthetic were key requirements. Our experience with the Andaz Vienna am Belvedere facilitated a seamless setup. A standout feature was the curved LED wall, a significant enhancement from the 2023 event. Despite the typically higher costs of curved elements, we utilised standard 50x50cm panels to craft a beautiful arc that complemented the custom oval stage. Our collaboration with the client provided us with creative freedom, resulting in a setup that balanced budget and modernity.

EMEA Swine Days 2024
Venue: Courtyard by Marriott & Frederick’s, Berlin
Solution: This conference required a sustainable, budget-oriented, and efficient setup to ensure the best experience for attendees. Despite the team’s unfamiliarity with the location, we effectively coordinated through video calls, site inspections, and close communication with hotel staff. A 12m backdrop with integrated projection surfaces and wireless speakers on the exhibition floor made this event stand out.
