Universal Investment Champion Tour 2021
Since the start of the COVID 19 restrictions we have been in talks with our client, Universal Investment-Gesellschaft mbH, with the aim of holding a first virtual event. The opportunity to do so finally came about for the Universal Investment Champions Tour. Our goal was to connect around 200 participants from the financial industry entirely virtually with those speaking from their own offices.

Client Needs
The Universal Investment Champions Tour revolved around the topic of investment funds on two days, one week apart. In order to bring the content during the two lunch webinars directly to the participants’ devices, we set up a live stream on our virtual event platform Chime Live. On both days, five speakers and a moderator presented the fund offers of various banks to the investors.
Solution
With Chime Live, we offered Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH the ideal platform to bring all interested parties together. In addition to the live stream, Chime Live also allowed attendees to network via the chat function and ask questions directly to the speakers in closing Q&A sessions. As a result of the close cooperation between our production and digital services team and the client, The Universal Investment Champions Tour was a complete success.
